I'm all for getting into nature whenever, wherever, and however I can - because I'm a feisty Scot who can brave all weather conditions....even with a dodgy knee at times 🧗♂️
I do admit to being - and am happy to be called - a slow coach. Pre-COVID.....my 'Walk 'N Talk' coaching sessions were popular with even the least adventurous types who craved their creature comforts.
So what's the difference between being outside rather than keeping warm with a cuppa inside?
