What's become clear over the years - and never ceases to inspire me - is the strength of the human spirit and its capacity for transformation, no matter how overwhelming the circumstances.
Like nature, people grow and thrive if they're given space and gently nurtured. Letting go of control and judgement - simply letting be. Definitely no 'fixing'

I often look to nature for inspiration and as a source of peace and healing - there's nothing better for dialling down stress and getting a sense of perspective when our heads are full to burst.
