In a year like no other, businesses and their people have been stress-tested to limits that none of us could ever have imagined - or thought possible - prior to 'Coronavirus Spring 2020'. And yet, the level of resilience and extent of adaptability have been clear to see despite the traumatic circumstances we each experienced.
I've been delivering a series of self-care talks and webinars to businesses and professional bodies over the past few months to provide whatever support I could to futureproof their health for the uncertain times that lie ahead.
