In the first half of the week, I was well and truly 'off grid', foot off accelerator, screens/equipment 📵 This time, I immersed myself in a totally different vibration - in the deep peace that nature offers 🏞 if we're silent and still enough to absorb it.
🧘♀️ I've been meditating for a few years now and decided to return to my training organisation to learn how to teach others how to do it for themselves. After the year we'd had, I saw even more of a need to share what I'd learned over the years and how it can totally transform your life....without Houdini body contortions, inflicting pain, or a need to sit for hours on end.
✅ Delighted that I can now add this self-care option to my service offer and look forward to providing training over the coming months.
